Hinda-Jonathan,
was first published while
at
Penn
State
University
in a poetry anthology. In the 1980's, Thirteen Prayers to
Isis
was published in The Matriarch magazine from
N.Y.
City.
During the same decade of feminist studies, the poem Continuity was
printed in the international magazine Womyn of Power. Numerous poems
were published in
Boston
area newspapers from 1980-2000. She is the owner of Hinda Jonathan
Productions, an arts and publishing company started in
Boston
in 1995 and currently operating in
Florida.
She leads a free creative writers' critique group called Inspirations
that meets once a month at the Borders in
Oviedo.
Poetry may be said to be her first love, having written it for 40 years.
