the most Health Department inspection violations. The list includes
restaurants that had the highest total violations based on inspections by
the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The
inspections cover a three year period from March 2004-March 2007. In our
analysis, a critical violation was counted as two, a routine violation
counted as one.
