All vendors should contact Apartment E or party coordinator prior to the nights events to work out all details.. No one will be allowed to set up the night of the show without prior contact. Bring your own 4-6 ft folding table, and your own lighting. (up to two small lamps or clip lights,) Apartment E will assign location of your table. For all Friday night events, all tables will be set up outside on the patio. Table load in is at 8:30 pm. Table fee paid at the same time as table set-up. All merchandise and materials should be free standing and not reliant on any walls or property of the venue. There is no attaching  posters, banners, or signage on the walls.
